The Fruitcake Band bring together some of the best local traditional music players to produce an exciting sound to dance to with melodeon, fiddle, whistles, mandolin, guitar, bouzouki and hammered dulcimer.
They routinely play for village events, socials, Birthday parties, fund raisers, Weddings, Anniversaries and Burn’s Nights. They have a full PA and can play in any venue with safe electrics. The caller, Maggie Wood, has wide experience of leading total ‘beginners’ and more ‘confident dancers’ with calm, good humour.
